Since suffering with GAD and health anxiety nothing has really helped me I’ve felt like I’ve been banging my head against a brick wall then I came across this podcast which has helped me so much and has given me such great advice and tips on how to deal with my anxiety and how to recover, it’s also a very light hearted podcast with great humour which I also find helps and makes the podcast really enjoyable both Josh and Drew’s separate podcasts are also great but this one with them both together is a must listen to for anyone suffering with a mental health disorder.
