Really Helpful and Calming…with a Dashes of Great Humour.

Through benzodiazepine tolerance/withdrawal/injury, I am dealing with extreme anxiety/OCD/intrusive thoughts and terror. I am hoping to learn how to move through this life altering experience better than I have been.

I find Josh and Drew very calming to listen to, and I while I am having a difficult time retaining information, I am learning a lot. Will probably re-listen often.
