I just finished my first year of college here in the USA, and I've been struggling with occasional panic attacks for the last few years. I've never been to a therapist or been diagnosed, but I believe I have GAD and some social anxiety as well. Now that I've been home for the summer and more comfortable, the panic attacks have felt more serious and scary, but my mom kinda babies me through a few of them which helped calm me down.
I talked to a coworker -- one who I know struggles with anxiety -- about it and she suggested this podcast. I'd like to believe that Drew and Josh prevented me from having some sort of panic disorder, as now I know not to be afraid of panic attacks and it can just be something that happens sometimes. They helped prevent me from becoming a huge anxious mess and I really appreciate what they do here.
P.s.
Josh's British accent is wonderful to listen to
