Disordered: Anxiety Help

30-Day Support Boost

We have something kind of special to announce today. We've been kicking it around with some lovely feedback from our listeners and social media communities, and now it's time.

If you are enjoying Disordered, or our social media content, or our books, and you feel that you could use a boost in your recovery with some good old-fashioned community support led in a proper ethical fashion by two experts, then this might be for you.

Introducing the Disordered 30-Day Anxiety Support Boost.

The boost program is 30 days of everyday group support delivered in a chat/video hybrid environment where Josh and Drew lead a small group of your peers.  We'll help with exposure targets and planning, providing foundational psychoeducational information, feedback on exposures and progress, and plenty of encouragement and empowerment from us and from your peers in the group.

  • Groups will be specifically targeted by issues (agoraphobia, social anxiety, health anxiety, driving phobia, etc.)
  • Groups will be limited to a maximum of 12 people.  You'll be with us in a small group of people that share your same struggles.

If you're going to provide anxiety support online, THIS is how you do it safely, ethically, and fairly.

Nothing that happens in a Boost group is magic. We're not going to give out secrets that you can only get by paying us. You can get the same information in our podcast and in the content we create freely. An online support/coaching group can not (and should not) promise you freedom, peace, and full recovery. That's just not right to do. But if you feel like you would benefit from direct contact and more intensive support in a controlled environment, Boost is an option.

Want to know more?  Head on over to the official Boost page on Drew's website and join the waiting list.  We'll let you know when you can apply for a Boost group.

We're excited about this. We hope you are too.
